Hey guys. So i've been on minimins for years now, always up and down, and finally decided 2013 will be a year of change. I quit smoking on the 14th Jan, 27th of Feb was the date I decided to start healthy eating. Then about 2 weeks ago I found MFP and now log on there everyday to count my calories. I try to stick to 1200. I aim to exercise as much as I can but atm things are abit crazy, hubby is off work and in 5 weeks we move from Germany back home to the UK. Still, I've lost 12lbs so far and have about 50lbs to my target than we'll go from there :)

12lb wow that's amazing! I'm a diet tart and keep swapping between tesco, weightwatchers, mfp and low carb - keep hoping for a guaranteed way of losing about 10lb. Can hardly exercise so find it tough.

HI just seen you tread and some of what you've written is me!!!! dont live in germay though!!!! Well done you with your weightloss so far and managing to carry on even with the probable stresses of coming back to Blighty!!!
As the posters say 'Stay Calm and Calorie Count' lol
