Just wanted to say hello to everyone.

I started Cambridge on 10th May and lost 11lb on my weigh in on the 18th May. Quite pleased with this but I'm dying to get the rest off.

I'm really struggling drinking so much water, its a nightmare at work running to the loo every 20 minutes. As a result the past few days I've not drank my required 3 litres. Now I'm worried it will effect my next weigh in :(

As today is my 2 week anniversary with this diet, can anyone confirm for me that I can now start having 1 bar a day?... Hope so I'm exited to chew on real food!!! But if it improves the weight loss I'm willing to carry on without bars for another week...

    How is everyone doing?

    Good luck everyone :) xx

    hi arctic

welcome and good luck on your weight loss, i also struggle to drink loads of water, usually get around 3-4 litres down my neck(if im lucky), after the first 2 weeks i was allowed the bars, i think thats the norm, just ask your cdc when you next go, tis great to chew again :D

Thanking you :) congratulations on your weight loss too!
3-4 litres is amazing, I dunno how you manage lol. I have today off so I'm really going to try and force it in me, but even now I'm putting it off and think "ah I'll just drink loads later" ... before I know it I'm asleep for the night! Oh well we'll see how it goes today.
How long have you been doing this diet for now? Its amazing how quickly it works isn't it...! x

    Thanks Sonya :D

I have quite a way to go, but my initial target was to lose 1st before Glastonbury (20th June). So losing 11lb in a week with a month to go was a great feeling! But to be perfectly honest I thought I'd look smaller with 1st off :p So my new aim is 2 stone before Glasto!

I have roughly 4-5 stone in total to lose. Its my 21st Birthday at the end of July so if I can be 3 stone lighter then from starting (lots of wishful thinking there) I will be very happy!

What stage of CD are you on now can I ask? I'm really looking forward to introducing foods

    All the best x
