I still can't believe how well you have done. Are you enjoying the boxing in the garden?
I had a wobbly start due to personal issues going on right now and they will be ongoing for roughly 6-12 months so I know I have mentally long and difficult road ahead of me already. So last week I really got my head in the game and managed to loose the first 11lbs. Although I did mange to loose 3lbs prior to everything else. I should be joining a gym in the near future also as I don't mind it once I'm there. Its the thought of going which puts me off!
I'm loving boxing. I spar with my partner 3 times a day for 5 mins a time while I'm building up and totally love it. Wish I'd done it before if I'm honest. I crank up the music and punch to the beat. Got the idea off Obese: A Year To Save My Life because Jessie always gets them to do it rather than resistance training. I have pulled my shoulder out though so giving it a rest for a couple of days but tomorrow I'm back out the garden with the boxing gloves and music and I'm off again.
Had a lazy day today as I was reviewing Summer Drinks for a blog and kind of had one too many but been good all week so not feeling guilty and not going over the top today, just salad and a bit of chicken for tea and back on the wagon first thing tomorrow. Want to get as near to 7 stone loss as I can by the end of next month then I'm on target for 23 stone at Christmas and new outfits! YAY!
If you feel like you don't want to go Gamy, just get the boxing equipment and do a bit of shadow boxing - I've done that too when my man doesn't want to spar with me. Still works well. I'm excited to get down to the 23 stone as I want to then work out with the wii fit as I've got tonnes of stuff for that and never had the chance to use it.
Hope you're all having a lovely Saturday xxxx
