Hey guys, just wanted to congratulate all of you that have lost weights, its not easy and keeping it off is harder.
I have been on the cambridge diet before and lost 1st7lb, but have put lots back on over christmas.
I am starting again today with good intentions.
Could you share with me so tips with me on how to not give into yourself???? sometime I eat not because im hungry I just fancy eating something bad!!! my biggest down fall is chocolate!!! hence why all of my shakes are chocolate lol :)

Hey Sarah good luck with your diet too!!! first day is nearly over and it wasn't as hard as i expected.

welcome hun, I have found the first few days a god send being able to come onto here and chat to everyone

good luck, remember why you started and chose CD in the first place! For me it was to really steps back and think about the food
