    Hey guys.

    I'm probably one of the youngest members, but I thought it was about time that I posted after viewing the forum for quite I while.

    I'm 15 and I'm from Liverpool, I currently weigh in at 19st8lb after been dieting and exercising for a few weeks, I'm 5'10 btw.

    I lost 4lb since my last weigh in which was 4 days ago which I saw as a really good achievement.

    So yeah I'd just like to say hello to everyone, I'm currently not any any diets just watching what I eat. :)

    hi there and :welcome: to the forums. Congrats on your 4lb weight loss - you are on your way. There is plenty of support on these forums and everyone is lovely. I was exactly the same starting weight as you a few years ago and managed to lose a couple of stone and kept it off. I am sure that with some determination you will reach your goal in no time. My top tip is to break that goal down into mini goals - it makes it easier!
