Hey guys,
I'm Kate and I'm 19 and trying to shift some pounds. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh in at around 16 stones. I'd like to lose at least four or five stones. I'm not following a particular diet or programme, I'm trying to eat healthily and exercise regularly. I have started jogging and playing tennis and will join the university gym when the next academic year begins.
