hi all first post!! :)

hi, just thought id post a bit about myself, just joined this site a few days ago, this is my first post! been reading the threads and some of the diarys over the last few days. as iv decided enough is enough and really really have to lose this weight!! wait for it im 20 and a half st!!!!! all has been well with my eating healthy plan and exercise, well until tonight!:cry: iv had some pringles cheese balls (crisps) lol and 2 large cookies they yorkie ones!!! :mad: and one of the wee mini cans of coca cola!! grrrr!! why did i do it, i have no idea, so i thought right i have to post on minimins for some support, as i so need it :sigh:

You have come to the right place - everyone is so friendly here and the stories are inspirational.

We all have down days, the difference is, tommorrow you have got to wake up and start, dont just think because you overate tonight you should just wait til Monday to restart.

When you get a craving for choccie - why dont you have an options instead.

Are you following any particular diet, or doing Slimming World or WW?

Thanks for the reply, i know the down days are a nightmare! :( was doin so well tho. well i think lol

No just healthy eating and exercise, treadmill, wii etc.. weight on monday was 20st 7 half lb! shocking! so im gona start weighing myself every monday :) i know your right, but when u want choc and its there..... so i just cant have it in the house anymore, my little boy can have fruit with me?! :rolleyes:

Hi Skinny, I started doing basically a SW/healthy eating plan last Monday...so far so good :) I think the one thing I've got to get in my head is that one not so good day doesn't meant the next one has to be too...draw a line under it and just try and get back on plan next day :)
morning, yes i am glad i chose skinny for on here only time il be called it :p well for a while anyway. ;)

Thanks for the support guys, i have started a diary on here lastnite so im hoping by recording every move i make will help!! lol
