Hi All Newbie here help still feeling abit hungry

I have been on S & S now for 8 days only traces of ketones and thought I would have been in full ketosis by now, I did have a slip on day 3 as felt so bad, but been on track since with 2 shakes 1 meal and one bar per day with plenty of water, would be grateful for any advice. Feeling better now than last week when I thought I would faint lol, but still not sure why I am not in full ketosis and still hungry at times. Thanks.
 
No such thing as full ketosis just like being pregnant you are either in it or not. Traces mean you are nice and hydrated just keep going your doing great
 
Many thanks for that, I thought the sticks had to go purple, but read the ketostick sticky last night so feeling much better about things today
