Hi guys, I am starting Phase One of ZH until I decide what I want to do longer term (got 2.5 stone to lose in total). I have done it before and found phase one easy peasy.

However, when I move on to phase two, I stop losing weight. I had a similar experience when I tried food combining on slimming world. Has anyone else experienced this?

And, has anyone noticed if they go low carb for more than a week or so, they get light headed??

Oh no, i didn't want to read that about phase 2!! lol.

I'm worried about losses because i'm an ex CD girl so am of the opinion that only starving yourself works! I am soooo hoping to be proved wrong though!!!!

I'm used to low carb so it doesn't bother me at all, in fact it makes me feel better than if i was eated a more rounded diet.

That might just be me though Karen. I've got through my first day no problem, although we didn't have any rice pasta so I had wholemeal pasta this evening. This might seem like a major cheat but considering Ive had no crisps, chocolate or alcohol today I'm counting it as a success!!
