Hey guys just looking for some support really my journeys really slow so far whilst doing extra easy, iv decided to do a week of red days too see if that helps or not. I'm sure everything I'm doing is fine but I just wanted someone to have a double check incase I miss anything or incase anyone has any tips.

A:350mls of skimmed milk
A:
B: 2 weetabix
B: 2 alpen lights

Breakfast is 2 weetabix with milk allowance and chopped up banana

Dinner has been boiled egg salad with chopped up bacon (tablespoon of extra light mayo as a syn) alpen light to follow with some strawberries clementine and grapes.

Tea has been lean meat (chicken pork etc) with cauliflower broccoli carrots and courgettes Etc.

syns are either curlywurly,custard cream biscuits, or a packet of cheese puffs (not all in one night lol just depends what I fancy.
And my other alpen light with some fruit late on watching the soaps.

How does that look?

Hi Katie,

Welcome!! Your food diary looks very good and you are getting plenty of superfree which is great :) Hope by switching to red days you get the losses you are hoping for.
