does any one know if there are syns in ktc original chicken fry mix and if so how many its not on the web site does not list callories or anything so cannot syn it.
ingreadients are
wheat flour ,celery salt,flavour enhancer,monasodium glutamate ,mustard powder,paprika.onion powder and salt.
have counted syns for wheat flour 4.5 for 28g but dont know if the rest is syned.
your supposed to coat chicken then deep fry but i did it in the frying pan with frylight any help.
