hi all, i'm back completly lost the plot, lost routine and ate everything, :cry:
but hopefully i can get back on track now goin on hols in april, so gives me loads of time to lose it again, IF I HAVE THE WILLPOWER

thanks found 2 to 3 o clock today at work very hard was sooooo tempted but didnt eat but really found it hard sitting here with glass of water now, hopfully day 3 tommor will be better !
