this isnt my first time posting on this site,,i did lipotrim about yr ago but cant remember my user name:panyway joined ww this morn was happy enough with my weight as i had been dieting myself last 2 weeks and lost half a stone:Danyway do i get more points if i exercise??i had so many questions for the lady this morn and that was one i forgot,,many thanks

Hiya AP points is a subject many differ on,you have to do a certain amount of steps before you can earn AP I have a ww pedometer plus I have to do 4466 steps at my weight and height before I can use AP but I have rarely used them as I lose slow anyway,I think AP are good when we are near to goal as the points will be low then and we will need them,but its upto the individual.
