hi everyone....WI before holidays?

    im off on wednesday morning, so wont get to WI for 2weeks. do you think i should Wi on tuesday night so i know what my exact weight is before i go?
    bit nervous about gaining tbh, what do you think is a acceptable gain?

    Hi I think you should do what you feel is best, please go enjoy your hol your prob be doing swimming and walking so may not gain too much if you do just get back on plan when your back ;)
    How do you gain when you go off plan usually as we are all different? I gain 1/2 stone sniffin a cake lol
