Hi guys, I'm new to all of this but thought I'd join to keep me inspired, I've been doing s/w since mid may and have lost 4 stone 2&1/2 pounds so far :0) still got a little way to go but I'm a little upset with myself as over Xmas I have put on 2 pounds 1 st week and another 2 pounds tonight :0( I am now back on track but the 1st time I've put on 2 weeks running, am I just being too hard on myself?? It was Xmas and new year after all
Any comments welcome :0)

wow over four stone lost thats fantasic, i've only started and would love to lose that by this time next year! well done you, best of luck back on waggon will be no bother to you ;)

I think you should cut yourself a little slack. Ok you put on on both weeks but so what? It was Xmas and with the amount that you have lost, you know you can get it back off again.

Well done on the loss btw that's very inspiring x

Thanks guys I feel better about it all now I've slept on it :0) back on track now so just need to put it behind me now and at least it was only a few pounds, quiet a few ladies in my group had bigger gains 8 pounds plus!!

pjplatts - so you put on weight over christmas. You are not alone ! What a fantastic achievement so far though. 4 stone + is amazing. So well done for that. And well done for being here and getting back on track.
