Hi everyone :)

I started this diet yesterday and I'm struggling already! For "dinner" yesterday I tried the Thai soup and could only manage about 5 spoonfuls before giving up, today for "lunch" I had scrambled egg which was so bad I held my nose the entire time so that I wouldn't gag! I'm going to stick to the shakes from now on I think because although I've only tried the banana I liked it so that's what I'll be having this evening.

My starting weight is 11 stone, has anyone started at around the same weight? How much did you lose in the first few weeks?
 
Hey there, I'm the same height as you and starting at nearly 2 stone heavier. I've done this diet before but stopped as my exercise levels were so high that I needed proper food for energy. I've been injured since July so a stone has crept back on so I'm back for a while.
There's a few shakes/soups I cant stomach but you'll find ones you like and stick to them. I can't manage without a bar a day. I start again tomorrow.
