I'm on day 6 of my re-re-re-re-restart . Have a diary in the Silver section - link is in my signature.
These boards used to be so busy, totally different now!
This year I started SnS in early April for a couple of weeks then went on holiday so came off (planned) restarted on Wednesday, had a wobble yesterday but feeling great today.

Hello, Im also on some kind of re-start (lost count!) well starting tomorrow after a few weeks mental preparation after making the decision, never waited before, usually just jump right in!

The boards do seem quieter, seems more people are on Exante than SnS now, I read they dont have aspartame in, but I never enjoyed the taste as much as SnS..

I done EXANTE a few years back. I remember the soups were vile! There's much more choice now but I'm happy with SnS for now.

Hiya, thanks! on day 1 eek! feel a bit cold so got some peppermint tea. Not at work this week though so I can take it easy as I get back into it.

Yeah I found the Exante packs quite floury, I'm not keen on eating Aspartame but I'll have to get over it for a few weeks as I certainly ate other rubbish prior to now!

SnS just keep bringing out more flavours! Its great. Unfortunately I opted for the cheaper pre-packed flavours which I think are the least popular left over ones, so I dont have the most varied selection to choose from! but I'm not too fusy, ill probably just shower it all in black pepper and hot sauce!
