Hi from an old newbie...


Hi all. I used to use this site but cant find my old account. I am a 35 year old f with about 5 stone to lose. Work began this morning after visiting the gym. The food so far: mackerel, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch with brown rice and home made chilli with frozen veg for dinner. Does that sound ok so far? I've done slimming world before and been hugely successful so I know what I am doing. I ran the race for life last year and want to do it again. At the moment I can't run to the end of the street. I have arranged to go to bootcamp tomorrow night but have a babysitter so I can go to the gym in the morning too. Is that a waste of time or will it blast more fat?

I find that exercise reduces inches not weight, but that's me......
Just plan your food for the week, write a menu, only buy the ingredients for it & keep a food diary. This way you will succeed!
