As others have said cut down your syns for the rest of the week. Try to stick to no more than 105 for the week. You haven't gone that far over so should be easy enough.
Give yourself a week or two to get used to the plan. Be kind to yourself. I know you want results now, but you've got plenty of time to get the hang of this. I went over my syns every day the first week just because it was all a big adjustment to make.
Focus on the free and superfree foods for now. Get that right and getting the syns right will come easy.
Thanks guys. I have my first weigh in tonight and naturally I am petrified. Have no idea what to expect with regards to a loss, if any. We will know in about 10 1/2 hours.
