Hi guys. I know not all of us 'plan' our week in same way, i for example prefer to sit down, plan 7 meals, 7 lunchs.. write my shopping list and i will just follow that all week, but with all this nausia.. one minute im like.. ' oo i really fancy that! ' and then i sit down and im like.. cant be arsed.

but its SO cold, and the roads are snowey.. i cant just decide what i fancy and then go out and buy it.. plus my shopping bill could spiral! which of course is not the time to start wasting money!

but like now, iv suddenly decided all i fancy is a big mac.. but now i know Joes going to the drive through as we speak.. im already thinking.. dont fancy it anymore?!

i want to eat well, and reguarly! how do i do this? advise please!
