hi guys week 1 day 1......woo!!!

    slimming world
    After doing cd last year and losing 3 stones (gave me a great kick start) I have joined sw after a gain of a stone and would like to lose that and maybe half more.

    I have done sw before a few years back.

    Anyway so fa so good, off to asda in a min. can any one suggest and branded free foods as my consultant didnt have a book and has ordered one for me. I remember this book being a little gem previously.

    Or any other bargains or sw low sin or sin free goodies i should stock up on?

    For your green days get the basics:
    Pasta
    beans
    Potatoes

    then i would get snacky things:

    Batchelors pasta n sauce (free ones)
    Batchelors savoury rice
    Ainsley Harriot cous cous

    Asda do a pasta pot - tomato and herb- it is the little one (not pot noodle size) it has a red lid and is free on a green day.
