hi im a newbie..

hi everyone:D

well like most women im a yo yo dieter... one minute im doin sw the next is ww and to be honest i do them for a few weeks then i get bored.. i no im not massive, i am a size 14 and carry all the weight on my tummy:(which is what annoys me, im currently 13st but to be honest i dont look that heavy and i am naturally big boned.. i wud just like to lose around a stone to feel comfortable but with the like of sw i am sooooo fed up bein told i cant have this and i cant have that, it drives me mad!!!

so came to the conclusion that i am goin to eat 3 sensible meals a day, with veg and fruit each day of course and if i fancy a little choc or crips i will have it but try go for the less fat choice... and give myself weekends off, wit a takeaway, as we all have to live!not go mad of course.. also goin to up my exercise as well as i have become quite lazy..

does this sound realistic to u?im just totally fed upwith "dietin" and hopin eatin sensibly will work for me!

any help or advice wud be appreciated xxx

Hi christie, that's sounds like a very sensible diet to me, also make sure you drink plenty of water to flush your insides out :D I lost a few lbs on healthy eating and would have stuck to it but i'm very impatient and wanted to be slimmish for summer so opted for protein shakes and a low carb meal (chicken with veg or salad).
