Hi I'm new and want to lose weight

    Hi everyone, decided to join you all to give myself some incentive.

    I have already lost 17lb but still have some way to go.
    Not doing a diet as such as I always seem to think of food more so just eating healthy and lots of exercise. Thats how I lost my previous weight, I was walking 5 mile a night with my two dogs and doing some running, managed to get up to doing 3 miles without stopping!. But of course Xmas came ( I was quite good and only gained 1lb) but of course then came the bad weather and dark nights.:bundledup:

    However decided to start the exercise again and we are going to get a treadmill tomorrow so no matter what the weather I will still be able to do my running.

    I'm getting married in Sept 2010 so want to be a slim bride. :character00250: Also just entered the race for life so need to get fit for June. Is anyone else doing the race for life?

    I was thinking about Race for Life, but I'd walk it. :D I don't like running much but brisk walking that gets my heart racing I do love.
    Well done on your success so far, you're doing brilliantly! Don't over-do it though, and change your exercise routines every 2 weeks or so, just so that you don't get bored and so that your body doesn't get too used to the same thing! :)

    thanks for your comments and not to worry about overdoing things my fella is ex RAF so he is my personal trainer too. All the best if you decide to do the race for life. let me know if you get entered and how the training goes.
