hi, i'm new to Akins

Hi everyone
I started on phase 1 yesterday and I am already stuck for ideas! I want to lose a stone in 3 weeks for a family wedding, I have loads of questions and would really appreciate some help.

My meals yesterday were
B - 2 egg omlette with a few mushrooms
L- mixed salad with roast chicken
D - ham salad

and I had an Atkins choc bar for a snack mid afternoon.

Am I eating enough? How much cream, splenda and butter can I actually use?

Also I am meeting a friend for lunch this week, what can I have if I go to Nando's?

What sausages can I eat?

HI and welcome.
You need to check the carb content on sausages - if you can get around 1 carb per sausage thats ok (or less than). Black farmer sausages are ok.
Make sure you are getting 15g of your 20g carb allowance from green leafy veg and salad. butter, cream and splenda all need to be counted in your carbs .
nandos - i had the salad and half chicken :D

If your stuck for ideas you could look in the recipes thread in the stickies. I'm fairly new to this and I found lots of inspiration there.
