Hi everyone, hope you are well.
My name is Vicky, i'm 31 and mum to 2 boys ages 4 and 10 months.
I started xenical last week (mon) and I have lost 5 lbs.
I hadn't had any side effects what so ever until today when I had some orange oily no.2 and a bit of an iffy tummy.

I go to the gym 3 times a week (on a good week lol) and i'm doing my own low fat diet, not following anything in particular although I do get alot of recipes from weight watchers.

I hope to speak to other fat fighters!

Hi Vic, and well done on the weight loss so far. Have a think back over the past few days and work out what caused the Tango man to visit, then don't eat that again! Unless it was something you deliberately ate and now you know what side effects are all about! Good luck,

Hiya Vic, welcome aboard the fat loss train, I am pleased to hear you doing so well. Like you I am no particular diet other than lower fat and watching my calories. I have a bit of a visit from the Tango man this morning but I thought I might as I used up a rice n veg meal from the freezer last night and it had 9 gram of fat in it, won't buy it again. ;)

I have skipped tablets at different times although if you are planning on eating fatty food you need to stop taking them a day or 2 beforehand as the Xenical can hang around in your system. Not taking them won't have that much impact on your weight loss, but what you eat while you're not taking them will!

Quick question - do any of you ever skip taking it if you were going to a party for instance and if so how does that impact on your weight loss?
As I am in this for the long term I take it without any gaps, it's a matter of your choice and determination even when you get down to your ideal weight you will still be going to parties etc; so it's a matter of learning how to deal with them IMO.

Yeah, I see what you mean, I was just thinking about an up coming event and whether or not to take my chances with a chocolate eclair and suffer the consequences  or skip the naughty stuff altogether!
Having said that, i've eaten out a few times this week and resisted all naughtyness yay me!

Thanks girls.
