Hi there. Im chocaslim or Brina to my friends i live in kent with my husband and daughter 8yrs old.
Im gonna try cc ive been here in the past SW mainly. i think the last time i posted was June last year so ive come back with a fresh mind and ready to lose im on a tight budget but gonna shop in asda tomorrow pm and stock up on things i need Your help and support would be much apprieciated and il try and give valuable support back x

Oh it's a fab tool hun. It will probably recommend 1200 cals but I've opted to have 1400 cals for a slightly lower, more sustainable weight loss.

Well All signed up on myfitnesspal, Amazed that i can have 1400 cals a day but i did only opt for losing a pound a week im hoping that way it will stay off longer lol also means i can plan more filling scrummy meals.
