Hi jumping forums!!

After trying W8 and doing well for 4 weeks and trying to restart for a further five weeks ive given up on the quick fix idea!! Ive tried weight watchers in the past and it works well for me so ive decided to go back on the points. Ive lost 10lbs with W8 but have 3 1/2 stone to go.

My first goal loose 10lbs by the 23rd May

Il definately be checking out meal ideas as its been a while since ive done WW but still have the spinning disc points calculator!

Good Luck on your journey.......... everyone here is really really helpful and supportive! Are you going to count points or do the Core thing?
