Hi - just started!

Hi all

after much umm-ing and arr-ing, I took the plunge and went with my friend to an RC class. Really enjoyed it - especially the aerobics. I'm a pescetarian (veggie but do eat fish) so had a lovely salmon meal last night.

Not finding it too difficult yet but I think the no-alcohol for 2 weeks may just be the tricky bit!

I thought the 2 weeks without alcohol would be horrendous but got through it and still haven't indulged!!! May have spoken too soon - it is the weekend! The first two weeks are quite tough but I have been following RC for some time and still managed to lose 6lb in two weeks so it's well worth it - I'm feeling detoxed and great!! Keep up the good work! ;)
