hi,l'm new

and just wanted to say hi, l started last monday and had my 2nd weigh in today. So far l have lost 6 1/4 lbs. Only lost 1/4 lb today ?????. But l am having another weigh in on saturday. I am adamant that l have lost more as our scales and the Wii fitness have said that l have. This diet is basically my last hope before medical intervention is needed. Any advice would be greatly received,

I'm doing the Cambridge Diet, l was going to start it just after Christmas but because l weighed about 23 stone l thought that l would do it slowly with Slimming World, meanwhile my nearly sis in law started it. Well 6 months down the line she has lost 4 stone. I lost 1 and when l stop losing l lose interest l'm afraid. I Have tried most diets, Sureslim,WW,SW,cabbage,cup diet (strange one that was) atkins, so now l'm giving this one a go and l will lose even though as l said above l only lost 1/4lb this week. I've brought the dress for the wedding and my aim is that its to big and needs to be taken in. The wedding is in September

getting slimmer
welcome, i'm fairly new too.
on day 1 of week 2.
finding the cd good, lost nearly 5lb in 4 days! can't be bad!
just got to get into the habbit of not eating anything, which can be hard, as when i'm making food for the family i keep licking spoons ect and thinking - NNOOOO!!
does get eaisier, and when you get on the scales (don't get on them everyday, just once a week as the loss will feel greater!) you realise it is all DEF worth it.
my 2nd weigh in is on sat and i cant wait!

best of luck for your weigh in sat. When im cooking dinner for everyone i literally cook throw everything in the dishwasher so im no looking at spoons,pots etc. then i disappear while they eat and make sure they tidy up!!
