Hi Kerry at the star of my journey I needed to lose at least 14 stones too, my start was 25st 5lbs, this diet is amazing as long as you stick to it...lol.
I have been bad and picked at bits of food and it is so hard to get back on track......!

My biggest piece of advice will be dont give in to temptation.
Good luck.xx

Well At Least You Are Starting - You Should Be Happy That The Fact You Are Trying -

Some People Don't Not Very Good Advice I Know But I Would Say It May Be A Long Road And Hard Road Sometimes But Keep The Slime On Your Face - And Think Of The New Slim You!

Can't Remeber The Website - But If You Gooogle It And Type Look Silmmer Then I There A Wesite To See You Change Your Size As You Get Better (anyone Else Know What A Site Is?)

Goodluck X

Hi and welcome, Ive got another 9 stone to loose so I will be here for quite a while to!! You will be amazed at the results and will also see a big difference in your shape in quite a quick time period and it really helps to keep focused. Have you measured every possible bit of your body? Sometimes the inches go even when the lbs are slower. Good luck sarahxx.

Hi Kerry!

Welcome to minimins! Its a fantastic site great people, who are really friendly and give brilliant advice. :D

I'm on day five of CD and I have 10 stone to loose. !'m finding that its easier if you just take one day at a time. So that you wake each morning and just promise yourself that you'll be good TODAY. Nothing more. Because if you think too much about how long its going to be before you eat then it feels like an impossible task!!!

Keep going - it will be worth it when we get there!!!! :)

Hey Kezzie, youve gotten through the first 3 days, thats an acheivement in its self. I started with nearly 11 stone to lose on January 1st and now only have 7st to go. The lbs drop off so quickly that it really will keep you motivated. Set yourself some smaller very acheivable goals so you have something to celebrate often on your journey. Treat yourself to new body creams and nail varnishes as rewards whenever you reach one of your mini goals, it really will help keep you on track. Oh and keep posting, good days, bad days, we dont mind just let us help you where we can. We are all in this together.

Hi everyone thank you so much for your support!!:)

I had a really bad day yesterday, had an argument with my ever so supportive husband (NOT!) and that was it, finished my little boy's dinner and had a sandwich.

Worried I have knocked myself out of ketosis now, but I am determined to get right back on track today. :)

Went to change some soups that I did not like with my CDC yesterday and had a sneaky look on the scales and I had lost 8lb, which you would think would keep me inspired, but for some reason no. :sigh:

I just wish I could get on this site more often for the support, being up here on the pc all the time causes more arguments between me and hubbie. Wish I could afford a lap top for downstairs lol!

Thanks once again for your support,

This is brilliant advice, we do seem to get hung up on the bigger picture then it seems so daunting and we pick......I am going to take one day at a time and see how it goes......thanx
