Welcome to minimins! Its a fantastic site great people, who are really friendly and give brilliant advice.
I'm on day five of CD and I have 10 stone to loose. !'m finding that its easier if you just take one day at a time. So that you wake each morning and just promise yourself that you'll be good TODAY. Nothing more. Because if you think too much about how long its going to be before you eat then it feels like an impossible task!!!
Keep going - it will be worth it when we get there!!!!
