    Hi Everyone,

I was wondering how much weight everyone lost after 6 weeks doing lighterlife total? I need to stick to the program for around 3 months but have an event coming up in 6 weeks and was wondering what i could exspect to lose or around that mark.

    Thanks :)

In the first 6 weeks of LL I lost 26 lbs (1 st 12 lb), but I'm quite a slow loser, I retain a lot of water. It really does depend on your daily routines, current levels of fitness (i.e. higher levels of muscle tissue burn more energy than fat tissue), and general physiology genetically.

    :)

You can count on an average stone per month - so likely to be aroun 1.5 stones lost. :)
