am starting exante on monday! i am going on holiday in july so any bit of weight lost will be great! anyone have any advice to get through the first few days!! did lipotrim 2 yrs ago is exante about the same??

Hiya Michelle

I did lipotrim before moving to exante and it's loads better and it's tasty
But as for the first few days I'm afraid they're the same till you get into ketosis! Saying that my first 3 days I wasn't hungry at all!

You could have 4 packs a day for the first few days, might make it easier x
