Hi all, i'm on day 6 have found it ok so far, do not like the shakes very much but i'm dealing with it ok. 70lbs to go. :sigh:

Well done so far! You can do it...have you tried all the different ways you can prepare the shakes?
 
Hi Stacey. I usually dont have the shakes as shakes, I make up a kind of pudding with it, basically I just put the powder in a cereal bowl, add a bit of water and mix, adding more water til it's a nice thick paste and I eat it with a teaspoon. I've only done it with the choc shake though, not sure how it tastes with the other flavours, but I really like it that way.
 
Good luck with your first weigh in today. I think the bars are the tastiest. With carbonara next then porridge. Wish they did a cheese and onion sandwich flavour:D
 
Have you tried mixing the shake with a coffee? I'm looking forward to throwing an espresso shot in with a vanilla milkshake. My mixed box hasn't arrived so can't actually comment if its a good idea. But it sounds good right!
 
Vanilla with coffee is just amazing. I almost lived on that when I did exante
