Hi

i found this site from mse, last night i spent all night reading 50 pages about the cambridge diet.

I need to loose a stone, i'm currently 11 stone and would like to be 10 stone.

I go away 4 weeks tomorrow, have i left it to late to do the cambridge diet.

Also what happens when, i go away on holiday, would i be able to eat and drink (alchole) as normal or would i really put back more weight on.

thanks

hi there
in 4 weeks you will get a stone off but then your holiday you'd gain it fast and I guess be ill with drinking and eating , might be wise to up the plan on CD ?

thanks but what does

up the plan mean

i'm sorry for asking probably daft questions, but my head is spinning trying to get round all of this.

Hi there, You can lose a stone in a month, but if you go back to your normal habits, you will definitely put the weight back on.

What you need to do is maybe go for it for the month, have your little jolly, but when you get back, get right back into it., and then start working up the plans. That means you have 3 shakes and a very small dinner for a few weeks and then gradually up the meals until you are maintaining your weight.

I hope that makes sense to you?

Good luck.
