Reading loads o posts about people weighing everyday sometimes 2 3 times a day but does anyone else avoid the scales for weeks at a time???? Or am I in denial because I've been on and off plan fir the last 3 weeks especially this week and don't want to know what a mess I'm in right now!!
I need a butt kicking to get back on track... Really hating myself fir being so weak think I found it so easy for the first 5 weeks then fooled myself thinking oh one day won't hurt that say turned into a full weekend and now I just can't get back into the zone :'(
