Reading loads o posts about people weighing everyday sometimes 2 3 times a day but does anyone else avoid the scales for weeks at a time???? Or am I in denial because I've been on and off plan fir the last 3 weeks especially this week and don't want to know what a mess I'm in right now!!
I need a butt kicking to get back on track... Really hating myself fir being so weak think I found it so easy for the first 5 weeks then fooled myself thinking oh one day won't hurt that say turned into a full weekend and now I just can't get back into the zone :'(
Feel like a failure!

Dont feel like a failure these diets are HARD!!! I did 100% for 8 weeks then 4 weeks of complete hell through cheating. Really struggled to get into the zone. How about going onto working solutions for a while? Might be just enough to stop you cheating knowing you are having a small meal? If you have been cheating on carbs like i did sometimes, I found it easier to get into the swing of things by doing this, then once back into ketosis stopping it and going back to 100%.
Not sure if this helps, but you are not the only one and wont be the last so dont beat yourself up over it, just try to get your head around it again and give it your best shot, no one can ask more of you. Good luck x

I can't even keep the motivation to get throught the first 3 days so be pleased and proud of what you've achieved so far and focus on the great feeling of seeing the scales go down. Best to weigh-in and know what the damage is.

I only weigh once a week, Tuesday. Last time on a TFR I weighed every day religiously. So glad I've broken that bad habit! Nothing but pressure!!

Good luck with getting back in the zone. Think about why you want to do this. You can do it, you know you can. Good luck!!

get on the scales record ya weight and then put them out of sight for a week...unless ya do it your gonna find it harder to get started...Good luck huni xxx

Feel much better I have faced the scales and lost 4 lbs!!!!! :)
Been really struggling to do ts so been on 2 packs and a meal feeling rubbish cos I've not been able to get back into it properly but woop woop still doing something right!
23 march I weighed 15 7 now 13 5 may have found my mojo again!! Xxxxxxxxxx
