i was looking in the veggie section in the firdges, i have seen it in htere once or twice when ive been getting my quorn meals. ill have to have a proper nosy round for it, or just ask a staff member where to find it

Sorry that I'm only getting back to you now. My friend was saying that tofu is nice in Miso soup..or you can marinade it, then cut it in cubes and grill it. She marinades in miso paste, ginger & soy sauce. Hth!
