Hi, I have found that it's worth having 2% fat Greek Yoghurt for the 1/2 point, rather than 0%, which is free because not only is it tastier and creamier, I find it so much more filling, so paired with some fruit salad and maybe some no-cal sweetener it is practically a meal!
Does anyone else have any foods that have more points, but work out 'better' value than free foods?
