I am 10 stone 7 and want to get down to 9 stone!!! I'm on the weight watchers diet and its really really good!! I was on it a few years ago and I lost soooo much weight...You get a certain amount of points a day (im on 18) and you work out what food contains what amount of points...We could do that together if you want and I'll help you and you can help me?! x

You dont have to!!! It does help in some ways because thoughout the week your like "ohhh I dont want to snack because I'm getting weighed on tuesday and don't want them to think im a fatty!!!" But if you know youll stick to it then you don't have to go...It's £5 a week I think!! I've only just started yesterday again!!! x

Wooo I have a wii too!!! there is a weight watchers website...

right....this is how you work it out...

1.your female so that gives you 3 points.

2.your 18 so you get 5 points....

3.How many stones do you weigh....if you weigh 11...then that give you 11 points.

4.If your under 5ft 4 you get 1 point if your over 5 ft 4 you get 2 points.

5.How busy are you day to day...if your sitting down most of the time you get 0....if your occasionally sitting but mainly standing you get 2 points...if your walking most of the time you get 4 points and if your doing physically hard work most of the time you get 6 points...

add them all up and see how many you get...x

hi and welcome and good luck weight watchers is a really good diet as you can basically still point and have a life
