Hints and Tips

I have learnt to think about what i am eating and to be more aware of what i am putting inside my body

I have learnt that eating a takeaway is not the be all and end all, i can enjoy a night in without one

I have learnt that i can be in control and my actual eating habits have changed. I now eat foods more rich in protein as i know they fill you up more.

I have learnt that cheating only spoils it for you and nobody you else. if you stick at anything you will see results. you only have yourself to blame if you fail.

I have also learnt that drinking all the water is ESSENTIAL!
I have learned that eating regulary is a much better way of losing weight than starving myself all day & then blowing the whole day's cals, carbs etc by stuffing my face with everything in sight. Oh & I've learned that my bladder holds a lot less water than I can consume in a day;)
