Right, I'm starting a food diary so I can keep track of what is passing my lips...
TOTAL ALLOWANCE FOR DAY: 20 points...

Breakfast - 1 morrisons wholemeal muffin (2) with low fat olive spread (0.5), 1 apple (0.5)

Lunch:
1 quorn Lemon & pepper escalope (4)
new potatoes (180g - 2) whole cumin melted olive spread (0.5)
lots of salad (0)
Aunt Bessies Yorkshire pudding (we started off making a proper 'sunday on a monday' lunch, but changed our minds half way through - but still ate the yorkshire lol.. (1)
1 Dip Dab (1)

11.5 so far... just evening meal to go... :D

2 plain quorn fillets (1.5)
stir fry veggies (0)
rice (3)
curry sauce (2)

a scoop of low fat ice cream (2)

not bad for the day really... normally i would have had more fruit and no ice cream, but with it being bank holiday weekend I've not done the weekly shop yet, so have ran out of fruit...

Tuesday...

Just one more day until the 'wendy plan' begins...

breakfast: one wholemeal morrison wnglish muffin (2), jam (0.5)

snack: 2 small scones (3)

lunch:
2 plain quorn fillets (1.5)
sweet chilli sauce (0.5)
salad (0)
apple (0.5)

total so far: 8... 20 points today, so 12 to have for evening meal/snack

afternoon snack:
2 crumpets (2) low fat spread (0.5)
1 dip dap (1)

dinner:
Stir fry vegetables (0)
Sticky plum sauce (2)
Noodles (3)

Curly wurly (2.5)
Dip Dab (1)

Total: 20 points... and that's my last day - I start the Wendy plan tomorrow! So will have a WI in morning - not something I'm looking fwd to after all the rubbish food at the weekend! :D

they're the asda smart price ones; they're the smallest ones I've managed to find, and for a Smart price item they're not too bad :D
 
Wednesday: have been up since 6:30am - so this is gonna feel like a looooong day!

I'm not looking fwd to tomorrow's 18 point day, esp. as I am out all day with Andy & the kids...
