Hips, bums and tums!

Hey everyone!!

So I've been back on the diet wagon since Friday and it was 10 weeks until my holiday eeeekkk!!

Been back in the gym 1 month. Doing lots of cardio and lots of crunches BUT in feb I dropped 10lbs and 6% body fat in time for my holiday and still felt jelly belly!

So does anybody know what I can do to get maximum toning. I mean I sit down in a bikini and feel like my bum, back fat and tummy and still wobbly and large. I know I can lose the weight I want to by holiday but it's just getting all these muscles tight and toned in 9 weeks and 5 days!!

I found a vibroplate really useful for toning bits up. Needs to be proper one in a gym for best benefit.

Ooo we have one of those in our gym! Might have to give it a go. Thanks for the tip!
 
Have started Callenetics, it promises quick results if you do it regularly
 
Is a vibroplate the same as a powerplate?
