Am new here probably joined abit late really should of joined in August when I felt fat and rubbish!! :p Have gone from being a size 12 to a size 8 to 10 still losing I think despite going under my target been going hill walking with my otherhalf and have joined a gym!! my faverote is body pump and zumba :D spinning is hard but am sticking with that too because well it makes me sweat buckets and my legs shake afterwards too!! gave up chips, red bull, allow myself treats but not too many :eek:
