So much for my 'I'll carry on with my 100%' blew it today on a ham salad granary roll, no rhyme or reason to it, I just wanted it so I had it. Which is some ways at least I haven't cheated through emotional eating, it was lunch time, I shared it with my son, had my shake this morning and have had my shake tonight and then will do another later. Should I feel bad? Because actually, I don't!

LOL. Not emotional, huh? So why did you 'just' want it? ;)

The brain's a funny old thing - you might not even have caught the thought that made you think, "What the hell, I'm having that!" But you must have had it, because ham salad granary rolls don't just leap into your mouth :D - you put it there because at that moment in time, your desire to eat it was stronger than your desire to get slim.

Whatever - definitely don't feel bad. Interested in how it came to pass, yes. Bad, no. :nono:

And well done on having the rest of your shakes as normal. :happy096:

Maybe yeah...just didn't feel emotional at the time! Suppose I'd better sit down and think about it! X
