Working on it
So much for my 'I'll carry on with my 100%' blew it today on a ham salad granary roll, no rhyme or reason to it, I just wanted it so I had it. Which is some ways at least I haven't cheated through emotional eating, it was lunch time, I shared it with my son, had my shake this morning and have had my shake tonight and then will do another later. Should I feel bad? Because actually, I don't!
