A two pound gain this week. Not sure why. I had a couple of days of eating an extra bar but that wouldn't cause a gain. I guess it's just water retention.
Anyway, I'm re-energised and re-focussed and have moved from 810 to SS this week - four products as I'm over 5'8.
Wish me luck for a good loss next week.
I've returned under a new username, having lost weight about 5 years ago and regained it two years later (due to not doing all the steps and facing a major life crisis)

wk 1-4: -14lb, -2lb, -4lb, 6lb (26lb)
wk 5-10: -3lb, STS, -4.5lb, -4lb (11.5lb) (7cm gone on average from waist, thighs, hips)
wk 9-12: -6lb, -5.7lb, +2lb, -6.2lb (19.9lb) waist, bust and arm
Summary of first 12 weeks: 57.4lb lost. From size 24 to size 18 . (forgot to ask consultant to measure me. Will do that next week)
wk 13 -7.5lb (Tot. 60lb lost ...something doesn't add up from earlier amounts)
