Holiday dilema

Hi all, I'm off on holiday in 12 days (5days in Paris) I wasn't planning on really sticking to it out there so I know I'll gain weight (mainly water weight I think) I'm then back for 3 weeks before 2 weeks all inclusive to turkey( where I plan on definatley not sticking to it hehe)

What do u guys think I should do in them 3 weeks? Start back on sns or just eat a bit healthy?? When I'm back in September I plan on going to slimming world anyway I think to loose the last stone.

Any input would be great, thankyou :)

Well it all depends what kind of weight you want to be before your holiday away - 3 weeks on SS could see you lose about 9-10.5lbs depending. Healthy eating? Dunno maybe 6 in a best case scenario?

It's really up to you.
