I'm off to Goa in two weeks and staying out there for 18 nights. I am now starting to worry how will I cope. I've lost 20lbs in four weeks and don't want to mess up the hard work. I would like to think I can stick it out but just not sure, how will I cope with eating out with friends and family. I have done here but that was just a one off, plus I have a 11 hour flight to cope with. Any help or tips, I would be grateful.

    Julie. :(

Wow, don't know how to advise you, as there's no getting around the fact that it's gonna be tough Jules... But you can do it... There will be some amazing adventures to be had, things to see, and experiences to revel in... food doesn't need to be the main part of that... you'll be sipping away at your water, and your shakes, and just enjoying the most amazing trip to Goa, ever! And with every day, as if the holiday just couldn't get any better, you'll also be losing weight! Woohoo!! :D

You're gonna get back from your trip, jump on those scales, and be smiling from ear to ear at your amazing weight loss from those 18 days! It could be a stone! Can you imagine!? It'll be brilliant... what a buzz!

You'll have to just take your shaker, and the shakes for the plane journey... and a bar... you can manage it. :)

And when you're out for meals, just remind yourself, you could decide to go home a stone heavier, or a stone lighter, than when you arrived... I think you'll find the decision easy enough when confronted with it... The holiday is going to be immense, but the rush of getting back to an even lighter you will be the perfect coming home pressie...

Stick with it hun... Goa... wow! Wish I was going! ;)

I did LL last year and from day one I knew I was going to lapse on holiday result I didn't stick it out!! I'm starting again today and I've got a few holidays booked for the rest of the year I've now realised that food is not part of enjoying your holiday. I'm planning to take just shakes and bars and think of them as cool smoothies!!!

Also you wont get a funny tummy!!!!

You have done so well so far you can do it !!!

    Enjoy :)

Look back on BLs Stream of Consciousness Diaries.
She went to the States and spent Thanksgiving, her birthday, meeting up with relatives and friends, a whole lot of situations.
Stayed abstinent the whole time and came back considerably lighter.
Still had a great vacation - it can be done. Others have done it too.
You'll be fine. Decide in your head and plan it like a campaign. It's a small time out of your life. It can still be a great holiday. Enjoy.

Thank you Slenda, I will do. Seen LLC tonight to work out how many packs I will need, now I'm getting a plan in my head I think I can do it. :)
