Home Made Coleslaw

I used to buy coleslaw from Tescos - even the healthy living one is pretty packed full of calories! I started making my own and can now have it for about 20 cals for a massive portion!

Just slice/chop up white cabbage (I sometimes use red too), grate some carrot, and add onion (I use red, but white or spring can be used too) - add any other herbs or veg you like. Could add apple, or raisins etc.

Then add some light mayonaisse - I use Tesco's lighter than light mayo which is only 15 cals for a tablespoon.

It is still just as tasty as regular coleslaw but nice and healthy!
