Going for Goal!
well, my 1st 3 days of my restart were 100%. Day 4 I ate :cry:I cut a cube of feta cheese. I felt so bad I didn't have my 3rd shake of the day and drank an extra litre (in hope that i hadn't done too much damage)
Then day 5 my hubby left a bit of his burger (2 mouthfulls) and as I was washing pots, rather than binning it, I ate it. Then while hubby went to the loo I skoffed 3 wine gums from a bag he had (hidden under a bloody cushion from me!!!) Again skipping my 3rd shake because of my cheat. The past 2 days I've been 100%. But it's my WI tomorrow, and i'm really worried...what an idiot I have been for the sake of 2 'temptations' and I caved in both times.
So optimistic about tomorrow's WI, I just don't know what to think.....:cry::cry::cry:
